HILDA PALKOVSKYTĖ – Baltic Ballet Theater

Hilda was born in Vilnius in 1986. She loved dancing from an early age, though, she got involved with ballet accidentally. And it was love at first sight. When „Baltic Ballet Theater“ was formed, Hilda immediately joined it because she wanted to dance in this group and develop further under its director and choreographer Marija Simona Šimulynaitė.

FOUNDER & ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Marija Simona Šimulynaitė Director and choreographer Marija Simona Šimulynaitė, founded Baltic Ballet Theater in 2010. Marija was a lector and main director at Lithuanian Academy of Music Theater studio of Opera for five years.

BBT DIRECTOR, PROJECT COORDINATOR, AND SET DESIGNER

Erlandas Smolskas In winter of 2019, Erlandas became director of the BBT. He organizes the theater, supervises various projects, and handles all other bureaucratic matters of the company.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Andrius Stasiulis Andrius is a technical director here at Baltic Ballet Theater. He is responsible for lightning, scenography, video projection mapping and broadcasting during BBT performances.
