Erlandas joined Baltic Ballet Theater family in 2015 and soon became first director’s assistant. His work is tremendously important and instrumental to running our team’s work smoothly. Erlandas assists director during rehearsals and performances; helps with coordinating and planning work schedule; is involved in costume and scenography works; is responsible for team’s overall well-being and smooth work flow.

In winter of 2019, Erlandas became director of the BBT. The manager perfectly organizes the theater, supervises various projects, and handles all other bureaucratic matters of the company.
